To Whom it May Concern at Kaiser Permanente,

I am a Northern California Kaiser Permanente member and it has come to my attention that Kaiser discriminates against transgender people by excluding coverage of some transition related services recommended by doctors and the World Professional Association on Transgender Health. I am also aware that Kaiser claims to provide the LGBT community with quality healthcare services and now know this is not true.

This discrimination creates hardships for your transgender patients and negatively impacts my trust in Kaiser as my healthcare provider.

In order to regain my trust in Kaiser, I ask that you removing all exclusions affecting transgender people from all of your healthcare plans.
