Health & Wellness Committee
Pride at Work operates as a volunteer collective. Decisions are made by consensus in monthly membership meetings or in the meetings of the standing committees. The Health and Wellness Board, which replaced the Executive Board in 2009, delineates responsibility for the tasks necessary to ensure the survival of our group rather than acting as a decision-making body.
